[RESIDENT EVIL 5; PC; FRENCH] Sounds in cinematic

Hello,
I have a problem with RESIDENT EVIL 5 for PC, in the FRENCH version: during the cinematic there are no voices sounds from the characters. Only the background noises and the French subtitles. Does it have something to do with the DirectX sound acceleration? (There’s obviously no way to turn it off on vista?)

Anyway here’s my system:

OS : Windows vista home Premium
PC : dell quadcore @2,33 GHz 4GB ram
GRAPH C: ATI RADEON HD 3650
DIRECTX 10 last ver.

The best thing to do is email support which may take a couple of days to here back via email or they may reply here in this topic.
