Hi im Aaron
and i dont know how to beat that dragon called khezu and i know weakneses but cant beat it:mad:
step back watch its attack pattern, after a while you would have learned it, then you can just whale on it when it is vulnerable.
use fire weapon, go for a long sword cause shield and swords got a hell lot weaker in number two, oh and if this is for number one go for a shield and sword preferably corona because its decent and goes into golden falchian.

Im on level 2 quests from the village cheif on monster hunter freedom 1 and i need help with killing the yian kut ku. which weapon is best for killing it at my level (no weapons which mean killing wyverns) i have a bone blade+ is this good enough?:dead:

I always started every portable Monster Hunter with Poison Battleaxe. This ones good enough to get u to HR4 in guild. The others sayin SnS became weak, this aint true tho. Its a very good weapon, u can block cause and ur fast with it. If you have any problems, u can use traps.
Im agree with SILENTKILLER, SnS is actually a good weapon, its my third favourite after Bow and GS. For Village Khezu, u can use a Red Saber for Sns, or Kut-Ku Stave II for Bow.

Maybe ur bad with sns then... for me it works.

Lol at the people who never used a SnS in MH 1, SnS was never meant to be a uber damage dealer its still a good weapon just its gotta be used properly to do good damage unlike MHF 1 which made it over powerful. In MHF 2 its perfectly balanced for what it was supposed to be which is a good quick weapon that needs accurate use to get the most out of
Ive never really like using a SnS or even Dual Swords lol.
Fighting a massive monster with a twig would scare alot of people, including me....:cry:
wait its a long time ago that I killed a khezu.
Use a hammer.(that basarios guitar)
I could kill G Class Blk Gravios easily with Princess Rapier+ (SnS), he only got mad once.
