OK is Wesker Report II canon with game lore. I keep trying to tell some guy it is but he doesnt believe me. Its mainly on the argument of the T Virus infection rate in Humans. I say in the story you would have a 10% chance of immunity but he says that the T Virus infect everyone. Whenever I look it up on Google I get plenty of things that pop up and talk about the Wesker Report II and I give them to him to read but he still doesnt listen because it doesnt come straight from Capcom. I also cant get a page from Capcom because they have deleted the page. I really need help here guys.

But is not Wesker Report 2 a offcial thing from Capcom to begin with?

Should he not be settled by that then?

Sadly I cant find any other info myself etheir beside WR2 maybe some people thats really into the Virus plot alot could point you into the right direction.

I think a file from Umbrella Chronicle had some info about T-virus but dont remember it I doubt it mentioned anthing about possible immuniation aswell etheir though.

I think WR2 is as offical from Capcom as we can get.

Weskers Report 2 is canon. It was released first as a flash page by Capcom, then it has later been released in Resident Evil Archives, and was also available in the Limited Edition Japan only box set of the series.

It is possible to be immune to the T-virus, but it is very rare...lower than 10%, im certain of that.

To be honest though, if he is unwilling to accept it as canon, then there is probably very little you can do to convince him.

Im about to add another bizarre theory, my information might not be 100% accurate because it is coming from memory.

One of the main components of the T-Virus is the Ebola Virus, which, without knowing, approximately 10% of the planets population is genetically immune to.

This is what gives the T-Virus its weakness if Im correct.

Only partially correct, but well remembered.

Birkin added parts of the Ebola virus to the existing T-virus to try and make it stronger. But it never states how much he used, so it can never really be considered a main component of the virus.

Though still an exceedingly good theory, and would probably help explain some natural immunities.

I dont remember where I read this maybe it was WR2 maybe somewhere else that 10% where indeed immune against the virus and thus the main reason Spencer did not like to sell T-virus as Bioweapon as the infection was not 100%

Thus looked for other sources which one where Birkins G-virus which Umbrella stole.

I dont remember but I almost sure that 1% was only compatible to become a Tyrant using the T-virus.

But does not know how that theory works anymore since Umbrella Chronicle stated that all Tyrants we met thus far is clones of Sergei which really messes up some of the other titles,Like Thantos seems to have more an african feature and really messes up Survivor plotline where children where made into Tyrants if I remember correctly????
