...when I minimize the game and then restore it back, with the following error.
"D3DERR_DEVICENOTRESET: present_result".
My system: Core2Duo@2.8, 2gb RAM, geForce 8600gt 512 mb, OS WinXP sp2. The latest versions of directX and video drivers are installed.

The best thing to do is email support as they are in a better persition to help you.
