SH was one of the better games to movies IMHO
Meh, I doubt they'll top the original, SH1 was a fairly contained story, I enjoyed it, if they milk it too much, it'll just end up like the RE movies...

It only earned $47? That can't be a good intake...
I think, perhaps, they meant $47 Million.
Anyways...I'd hope for Christophe Gans to come back to Direct, as he did quite well for SH1.
Sure, the first film wasn't entirely true to SH (mass amounts of gore, inclusion of PH for fan service), but it was as good as we could really hope for.
I'll leave judgement for when I finally get to see it.
Wait, the first movie only made $47 in America? Is that a typo, or have I missed something? I thought it did really well.
So, I'm really looking forward to this. The first movie was great, even when compared against the usual, non-game horror movies. I wonder if SH2 will be like the 2nd game? I sure hope so! :hop:
Ganz did a grat job of the first film. i hope for a return of the (surviving) charaters and cast members as they were good. i would like to see more of sean bean this time as it was nice to see him play a roll that wasn't an overdramatic yorkshire man! will look forward to this one!

Interestingly, Sean Bean was only shoved into the film at the last moment. Konami wanted there to be a Male character in the film, otherwise the entirety of the film would focus on Women.
I'd be interested to see how the film would turn out if a male character had been penned in from the very start...

I would kick myself if that happened by accident...as I'd have nothing for him to sign (Equilibrium, Sharpe, Lord of the Rings...)
It was before he was famous so yes I did kick myself when he made it big with no autograph :(
Aprently though He does come back to RCAT at times which are alwasy big events so i need to cop old of him again,:tree::poke:
