CD KEY doesn-work for online play

Hi, I have just bought and installed my copy of MotoGP08. When I enter the cd key I get a message "the cdkey enterred was not validated by the server" !! Incert a valid cdkey.....duh

Do I leave out the - between the values or do I leave spaces, or do I just capture all 16 digits without spaces or - ? Where can I validate my CDKEY...

Please HELP!! The game package was sealed so it must work.

Try it in all the ways you can. Use the - in one and use capitals when needed. If it still doesn't work contact where you bought it from.
