Monster choice would be the Werewolf from Van Helsing, really cool.
Alien choice would be the Predator from the movie.
Villan choice would be Venom from spider-man.

Monster - Pyramid Head from the Silent Hill games and Movie (he just kicks total arse)
Alien - There are way too many to choose from. The Aliens from the Alien films, the Predator...so many Star Wars aliens...argh...um, ill get back to ya.
Villain - Top Dollar from The Crow Caw, Caw *BANG!* F**K im dead!
Monster - Doppleganger - A monster that can be any monster.
Alien - The Thing - A shape changing alien thats almost impossible to completely kill.
Villain - Kazuo Kiriyama -Battle Royale- A mute sociopath with a SMG, no camp melodramatic speeches aside from the odd mock.
Alien-----predator, queen alien, Davros. The Master
Monster----- Godzilla or Kinig Kong
Villan------ The Joker
Monster - Cloverfield, it was pretty much invincible
Alien - Space Jockey from Alien, flying around in a bad ass spaceship
Vililan - Rhodes from Day of The Dead.
