Thanks! The Playchoice 10 Arcade cab is in my computer room downstairs since it would probably be impossible to get it upstairs!
Blimey! You have copies of PAL, US and JAP and even the Chinese and Korean version of Mega Man games! I bet you probably also have Marvel Vs Capcom (2) and SVC games, right?

Yep, got both of those, plus the original MVC and games like Cannon Spike and Tatsunoko Vs Capcom which also features Megaman characters.
Well I have all the main battle network games for GBA and the remake for DS as well as one of each copy of SF1 and an imported SF2:ZxS, both ZX games, mega man 9 and tried emulated versions of the older games (can't remember which) and also an imported US version of X4 for the Saturn and Command Mission for GC.
The games where they appear as cameos which I have are both MVC games (DC), Cannon Spike (DC) and TVC (oh and Marvel Super Heroes vs Street Fighter where there is a stage based on Mega Man). I'm getting a PS2 later this year (a little late I know) and I want to get that Onimusha game where Zero and Megaman.EXE appears in and SVC chaos.
Uff, that is getting a long list because i'm playing Megaman since his NES Days.

Yeah, that's strange. The SNES Cartridges are very rare today, same counts for the PC Edition of Megaman X 4. The rest is still aviable here and there. And the strangest thing about it is the jumping from platform to platform. I mean SNES; PSX, PS2 and PC? Come on, that are 4 systems for one series. Not funny. And the gameboy versions of Megaman X still sucking until today. And the PSX Version of Megaman X 3 is only in my collection because of the cut scences.

Hey come on, this series was a must buy for me. The story is good, and the schocking revelations from part to part are thrilling. Now with the Zero Collection around the corner this cartridges will getting rare in the future.

Not the best series in my opinion, the first part was a little weird in my eyes. Yes i have only the pc versions, and yes they are rare today. Hm, the most megaman games are rare today. Funny in my eyes.
I never played the Battlenetwork oder ZX Series, because i have no interest in this spin offs. The timeline for me is classic, then comes x, then comes zero and then comes legends. The rest is not interessting for me.

A big collection is in my eyes when nearly every megaman game is in it. At the moment i have buyed a wonderswan and the rockman & bass cartridge for it. Megaman Soccer will be to in my collection soon.
But for a big collection i need all the battlenetwork games and even the zx / advent games. And out there are a lot of spin off's and remakes. When i talk from a big collection, all that games are in it.

So Megaman ZX and Megaman ZX Advent are now in my collection. ZX is a good game, but it's not megaman. The exploring aspect is this time the core of the game, extrem difficult jump n shoot levels are not there. The game is pretty easy. The story is intressting in some points and saves the game from a desaster.
Megaman ZX Advent is the same in green. This time the story is more worked out and the cut scences are very good. And when everything goes right, the reset of the world leads to megaman legends. But how knows? There is no third game at the moment. The difficult is a little higher then in the first game, but again too easy.
Then i have tried the starforce series, but give it up. That's not a game for me, i need classic megaman action.
At the moment there are only 2 good real megaman games at the moment: Megaman 9 and Megaman 10. The rest is just something different at my point. The first Megaman Zero Game was outstanding, but then the game goes the same direction that was imported into ZX and ZX ADVENT. Name me crazy, but capcom needs to go back too their roots. Make ZX 3 and go back to the core gameplay that makes the megaman series great and outstanding. Give us Megaman X9 but this time with in continuity storyline and a better graphic engine of X8. Then everything will be fine, and go continue with a 8 BIT Megaman 11 ;)
