hi, so i have ps3 special edition sf4 with redeem code , and tryed to download content , but failed , dunno why, either way didn't recieved another chance, altough cannot (dunno why contact support, error message apears) is this dead end for my free chance.? Is there is hope to renew code?:confused:
What do you mean as failed, did the PSN Store refused your code or the download failed? :chin:
download failed, and what is worst i can't get touch with any support parties, neither sony, neither capcom, just can't send any request to them. dunno , maybe just give up on this, yet i really wanted some bonus.:(
If it's accepted the code but faild to download then you should be able to goto your Account Managment on your PS3 XMB and look at DL history.
It will be their even though it faild to download ( i had the same problem with infamous bonus DLC). Then try and redownload from that.

It doesn't matter if your HDD has been formated or if you have changed HDD as everything remains on the account management download list as it's linked to the sony PSN servers.
being on my 3rd PS3 and now 500GB HDD i have had to use it to DL games and DLC ect.

god dammit, not working, all i get is an error , or mistake note. Dunno, should give up, and when hoped for the best, but thanks for help anyway.:(

Can you download demos from the PSN Store?
Maybe it's a problem with your connection...
nah, downloading demos, tough it takes for few hours, but everything is fine, excluding this cursed code, maybe i just waisting everyones time...:(
Not sure the size of the game to download, but maybe the problem is your connection being too slow for handling it... :chin: Just a guess, if you can go to a family/friend house with a better connection you could give it a try in there.
the more i try the more i start believe to wasting everyones time, speed is normal, every time i try to enter it i always get imediate answer , error, or code not more valid, don't think anyone can change anything, should forget about this:(, the worst that icannot download anything from psn store what costs, not suported region, so ha a little and left with less....:(
