ZX Advent - Where is it?

So, its been a while since ZX Advent was supposed to have come out, and still nowhere is stocking, and from what Ive gathered from some of the shops around me, they never will be because capcom arent sending any to them. As well as this its not even available on the majority of online stores. Whats going on capcom? Why bother making a PAL version if youre not going to allow anyone to buy it?

Edit: So my copy from amazon arrived today and, much to my suprise, all the voice acting has been taken out! All the waiting for the game was just for stuff to be taken OUT of the game? This is a joke, Im returning this and importing the US version.

Id better have the PAL version.. voice acting out? thats great. I saw in-game videos WITH the voice acting and the voice acting is horrible..
