What do games companies do with all the big boards after the game has been released? Are they thrown away, or put in storage, or something else?
And with all those TV's and everything, are they rented, or does Capcom own a big selection of TV's that they bring out for events?
The set up looks snazzy as hell.

It depends, TZM, depending on whether the panels and design can be reused or not, sometimes it gets binned as there aren't any alternatives.
TVs and equipment are rented, we wouldn't even have the space for so much kit!
Just imagine how cool it would be to have that MHTri board covering the entire wall of your house/room!

You should tell Capcom to sell the ones they can't re-use! Or give them away in competitions. There are so many people out there that would want them.
If I had the room, I'd be wanting one...or two...maybe five...
Just imagine how much it'd cost shipping that kind of stuff...
Ten is right. I think shipping would cost more than the thing itself lol

Or, even better, cut it up into small pieces, and get them all signed by the creators of the game it's for.
I'm reaching for the stars here, I know in the long run it is easier to just chuck 'em...but it'd be cool :p
It is an awesome stand.
If I had walls big enough for it, I'd come and pick it up xD Unfortunately, my current room probably won't be big enough for just the head of monster on it lol

Seriously, there's a huge Monster Hunter Tri stand and the most that everyone is talking about is how to divide up the stand!!
Ten, was the demo of MH3 in English?
How did it play?
Did they demo any of the underwater sections?
Can you play the game with a wiimote and nunchuck or do you need to use a classic controller?
So many questions!! (Can't wait for my MH case that I won on Friday to arrive - I'm going on honeymoon on Sunday so it'll be like a little gift from Capcom for the trip :) Yes, I'm taking MHFU with me :) )

Ah, I was there Saturday and Sunday!! It was fricking awesome, I have seen the Unreal Tournament dude as well, even got his autograph. :o I saw the girls team against each other too! I will try to upload the pictures I'd got later on today. Ohye... to bad there such a long queue's to actually to try a game. :( But well was with two friends, so we took atleast 3 spots. :p
Where are the guys who got the tickets? We need an update! :chin:

But It was a pretty fun event, though I'm not a fan of standing 3 hours and 45 minutes in a line to play some MH Tri. XD

It's without any embarrassment that I admit that husband went on our honeymoon with a bunch of games in our luggage :D Unfortunately the console promised in the hotel room was missing though :(
There's a lesson there: Always carry a PSP. I know I do.
With husband turned into a MH addict, I'm contemplating hiding all the PSP in the household for at least a few hours a week :chin:

I'm trying to get my fiancee interested in monster hunting so she doesn't complain about me playing it all the time (although ironically she is the one who bought me the PSP so I'd have something to do whilst she's watching endless amercian teen dramas XD).
I think once Tri comes out i have a good chance of getting her into it seeing as it's on the Wii :)
