Professor Layton & The Curious Village (NDS)

Has anyone by any chance picked this little gem up? I had never heard of it, and on occasion heard Kazama talking about it but I recently took the plunge and invested in what is possibly one of the greatest games Ive ever played.

Although Im not far in, the voice acting and presentation of the game is superb, and the puzzles they give to you are somewhat challenging but not too intense. Its definitely not for children though - the puzzles do require some common knowledge etc. I like the characters and the town too. The game just feels right.

Has anyone played it, by any chance? When I get the time I may update this post with some pictures and more information.

I know its not a Capcom game, but Ive been tempted by it for a few months now after seeing other people talking about it. Think Ill see if I can pick it up cheap in a couple of weeks after my current too-many-games-and-books has settled down a bit

My brother was playing it today. He said it was really well presented but ridiculously hard.

Sort of game Id like to get around to but Im not in a very hand held gaming mood as of late.

A great website if you are stuck, though Ive only used it once.

The puzzles are extremely challenging sometimes - they rely on prior knowledge and stuff, not just typical logic puzzles.
