Command mission passwords

Hi,

does anyone here know the passwords for the password-only vending machine in Megaman X Command Mission?
For some reason, the codes for NTSC-J/U are known and posted on-line, but not the codes for PAL.
If theyd be known anywhere, Im sure thatd be here, which is why Im asking this here, obviously.
