Well...I think that conclusion was really kind of an obvious one.
What have I been telling you all for years now? Ha...I'm not so crazy now am I? I'm not the only one thinking about zombie outbreaks anymore am I!? :blink:

In the distant future i don't think this will sound as far fetched as it does now.
I mean what with technology progressing as quickly as it is, and scientists pushing the boundaries of modern medicine, this someday could actually become a reality.
I mean look at the foot and mouth fiasco that happened a few years ago, that was supposed to have escaped from a heavily secured, isolated, lab. This was responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of cattle nationwide, and the goverment had a hard time trying to keep it from spreading.
lol, zombies. Life after death? Nah...sorry but I have to reject this.

I think when a zombie invasion actually becomes a reality, we'll all be knocking on thezombiemessia's front door holding sleeping bags.

On a side note, does anyone think it'd be possible to stop a zombie by severing its spine?

That all depends.
If it's a magically raised Zombie, then it'll depend on whether the magic can counter-act the damage done to the spine.
If it's by a virus, like in the films & games that we know and love, the chances are sinal damage would only stop them from moving certain parts.
Damage the lower spine and they'll lose their legs, damage the upper spine and they'll loose their entire body.
This is generally why the brain is the best option.

That's what I figured. So you could use it to disable a zombie, but it's in no way a recommended way of disabling a zombie.

Correct.
Unless the Zombie is a magical Zombie, that doesn't neccessarily need a brain or nervous system to keep it upright and mobile.
My zombie survival guide just arrived in the post, I'm taking no chances...

Yeah, I'm mildly interested in that.
I say mildly, because it is just a Graphic Novel of the attacks that are listed in the back of The Zombie Survival Guide.
I'd honestly prefer to see a Military Guide to the battle zones in World War Z. A book that contained maps and explanations behind everything that happened, and perhaps schematics of the weapons that were created to destroy Zombie Kind...

Hmmm, lol i´m kinda scared that might happen, but i´m sure that if that eventualy happens one day, i will not be the noob that freezes when seing a zombie, like some people on the movies does....and then they even complain about the larger number of zombies... with so many free kils

That'd be cool. I think a book with military type reports that depict the situation.
