Where do i complayn to capcom about MvsC2?

You all know what this is about, the online error thats happening with MvsC2 for PS3.
Its just really geting me frustrated and breaking the experience for the game that i was so looking forwerd to play.
So i want to complayn to capcom, but i cant find any page that i can complain to, i tryed to find it here, but cant find anything, any help?

Do any of you know what page to go to or what i should type in on google?

Not heard about a online error.

What is happening when you try to connect?
How are you connecting? Router? Modem?
Do you have all the ports open to play online?
