View Full Version : Street Fighter IV+ Quosmio x300
Hello everybody.
I Love streetfighter IV but I have a issue with it in my computer. My computer is a laptop - Toshiba Quosmio x 300. I should be able to run street fighter IV better than I actuallly do.
I have 2 graphic cards working in SLI Geforce 9800 GTS. But when I run the benchmark tool the game tells me that it is using the Geforce 9400 (it is another card that should only work when I am using the battery or the low performance option).
This does not happen in any other game?? How can I set the game to use both geforce 9800'??
Can somebody help me??
Thanks!

In order to help you with your issue further, we would need to see some information on your system. Please generate your dxdiag file as per the instructions below and either copy this in to your reply post or email it to: feedback@capcomeuro.com
From what you have said already it would appear you are either mistaken about the hardware in your laptop as there seems to be different variations of Qosmio laptops available from Toshiba, each with different graphics chipsets. If possible, post the exact model number of your laptop as well.
- Click on the Windows start button located by default in the lower left-hand corner of the screen.
- In the "Start Search" field, type in DxDiag.
- Press Enter. This will start the DxDiag utility.
- Once the DirectX Diagnostic Tool appears, click on the Save All Information button at the bottom.
- When asked to where to save the file to, click on the drop-down box next to Save in and select Desktop.
- In File Name box towards the bottom, then name DxDiag.txt should appear. Leave this as is and click on the OK button.
- Click the Exit button to exit the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
- On the Desktop, there should be a file name DxDiag or DxDiag.txt. If there is no file with this name, please repeat the steps above and make sure to save the file to the Desktop.
- Attach this file to your reply post/email.
Hello again! Thank you for your concern!
Here is my system as requested! As you can see I have a 2 Geforce 9800 GTS as I earlier said. The Geforce 9400 only runs when I am using the battery or the energy saving mode. When I run my Street Fighter the game runs quite well but I have to reduce a lot of detail which is strange. In fact the benchmark only recognizes the Geforce 9400 and not any of the 2 Geforce 9800. This does not happen in any other game!
Hope You can help me!!

Please post the full dxdiag or email it to us at: feedback@capcomeuro.com and attach the file to your email.
The dx dialog file is just too big in size and has too many characters so that I can post it here in the forum.
I already sent you the file by e-mail!
I hope You can help me!
