Since Im not stupid, I imported a US Wii, though I must ask, can I add people who arent with a US console to my friends list? I was under the impression the Wii was region locked for online.

Well I added Ice.. and he added me, and I can message him. But I dont know whether or not Iceland is part of Europe...
Try adding me Nem and ill add you it might take a while to update but hopefully it could work
