The Problem: Whenever I log on to LIVE, after a couple of matches (doesnt matter if playing against the computer or against another person) a HUGE slowdown starts and stays until I manage to disconnect from LIVE. I must say that when playing offline everything is great and everything besides AA can be maxed out and still be perfect at 60fps.
I've already done: Update my motherboard up to the last bios, update directx, windows media player, windows and so on. All of my drivers are up to date. I've already installed the dual core optimizer. No viruses. My XP instalation is 100% clean (new hd) and everything is updated. Oh, and my system is way cool (for where I live). CPU and GPU around 40C.

Windows XP SP3
AMD X2 4200+
2GB RAM
RADEON HD4770 512mb
