I actually forgot to add that I am slowly making my way through Phoenix Wright: Trials and Tribulations. Its definitely the most impressive of the series, at least in terms of story. The prequel cases are somewhat hilarious and it does keep the same feel throughout the whole series.
Hopefully Apollo Justice will be just as good.

In the past few hours I picked up Contra 4 on the Nintendo DS. Its a very good game, very nostalgic and returns to the Run N Gun roots of the series. I thoroughly recommend it to anyone who is a fan.

DMC3 is a thousand times better than DMC2.:lol:
Ill see that when I complete DMC2. Ive heard 2 is the worst so far, but I want to see the story.
DMC2s only the worst because narratively it didnt gel, plus it didnt relate on the whole to what happened in DMC1. Action-wise, however, I felt it trounced on DMC3, mainly owing to the inclusion of Lucia who kicked some serious anal sphincter better than Dante. Nevertheless, both dont out-trounce DMC1.
Back to Resi Remake. Still havent gotten far yet.

Im currently enjoying the endgame material, collecting the last bit of cards and all. Itll be a real pain to revisit the SP bosses after this though, turns out I need to perform worse in some of the bossfight, only having the normal and SP card. xD

Been trying out SmackDown Vs Raw 08. Its based on the WWE, and also features ECW as well. The controls are a bit harder to get used to in this one, but otherwise its good to play with someone who likes wrestling also. Other than this, I tried to play X-Files Resist Or Serve but gave up after 10 or so minutes.

Pro Evolution Soccer (latest version). I am no football fan by any means, however this game is exceptionally well made and easy to engage in. My only dislike is that you cannot challenge the keeper i.e. headbutt a ball in the box as it is landing. This aside, I think its one of the better soccer emulators out at the mo, but I hear Fifa is meant to be a lot better.

Just bought God Of War II today. A very fast pased and an intense action game just like the first one. Just dont let this game fall in the hand of your kiddies.;)
At the moment... Im playing Hitman: Blood money on Pro (I created new gamertag just so I can start hunting achievements for fun). I would be playing Gears of War, but I ran out of Gold membership. Im gonna buy more when I go and buy Call of Duty 4.

Just completed the Lucias disk on devil may cry 2. All finished. Still going though Remake; about to go back to the mansion (when the hunters start up).Gets more risky now, as the hunters can kill you in one...
Also playing Hotel Dusk. Amazing. Simply stunning. Whoever enjoys reading should definitely try this. Do not miss out.

I find myself keep going back to Portable Ops and I dont even know why. A few bouts of Wipeout Pulse here n there but generally I cant be bothered with most games especially considering I havent hopped on the next gen bandwagon yet and all I see is im playing [insert game on particular console] and its awesome...and I just feel that half of the crap people say is awesome isnt...especially considering ive trial runned most of the games round a friends.
I find myself completely turned off by peoples opinions on this board (bar a few clever SOBs).
No I only have 2 arms. I do die alot though. Maybe its because I am typing. Maybe its because I am bad. Either way I dont complain. Also I have been playing and still have not completed Final Fantasy 12 after 90hours.

As for me at the moment? Im playing No More Heroes for the Nintendo Wii. Brilliant game made in the same vein as Killer7. Same sense of humour and underlying themes and styles. On the DS? Well Im still playing through Trials & Tribulations, but Ive also devoted some time to Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin. A very good game that takes very good advantage of Nintendo WFC
Just completed DR well....i think i did i got the 3-day surviver Achievement, and with as many endings as you can get im not sure i got the True one, because...im still in the mall....
Anyway, now playing DMC3: Dantes awakening (not SE due to thats to easy) just trying to get some practice in before DMC4

Well Ive recently finished Phoenix Wright 3.
Im currently dividing my time between Resident Evil 2 on my wii (gamecube game) and also yu-gi-oh world championship 2007 and Pokemon Diamond.
Id be playing Call of duy 4 and oblivion but damn my kind side, I lent my 360 to my brother while he was off work recovering from an operation. (but now hes better the git has got me to let him keep it a bit longer as he got a free month trial of x-box live so hes keeping it till thats run out)
I fancy playing trauma centre but I cant find the game :(

Still playing God Of War II. Seems like Im in the final moments of the game. Ive to say something there is a lot of eye candy in there. Over the top action & the story with some corny lines here & there which can be summed up as (Zeus killed Kratos. He is going to get his revenge with the aid of sisters of faith, by going reverse in time ).
All in all a good production value , great graphics , responsive controls , thrill ride just makes it seem more shining than the other games. Although I do find it that so much violence and blood wasnt needed in it but oh well.

Got my email through from Gameplay.com yesterday saying my DMC4 Special Edition has been despatched... wonder if Ill get it today? Even if it does come today, Im at work till 5pm then have college till 9pm, wont be home till late :(
Currently playing, amongst other things, Just Cause - I was quick to dismiss it when I first played it but its growing on me. Also playing Rainbow Six Vegas, Halo 3, Crush, Sonic 1 & 2 (got the time attack achievements for both yesterday). Tried to get into Zelda Phantom Hourglass again last night but theres something about that game that just stops me from playing it within about 10 minutes of turning it on. Also waiting for Splinter Cell Double Agent, Lost Odyssey, The Club and Condemned 2 in the post

Just finished Resident Evil Outbreak. Decisions Decisions is one of my favourite levels in the game too bad the whole game had very little to nothing to offer. So many random characters and endings. I think 1 time the pain is enough for me.
Now moving on to play Resident Evil : Outbreak File 2.
Just a question who really survived from all the characters in the Outbreak? If the city was destryoed howcome they are still alive in the Outbreak File 2?

Stunning and amazing game. I am blown away by the high production values and the fact this game is a whopping 4 discs! The graphics are brilliant, the story is deep, complex and involving and the gameplay is old school JRPG - something Ive yearned for since Final Fantasy X.

Lost Odyssey for the Xbox 360 (...) I am blown away by the high production values (...).
I agree with Gamespots rating of 7,5 on an objective basis. For people who like the characters the subjective rating will be substantially higher. Much like Mass Effect, though, the high production values conflict with major technical problems. In this case framerate and loading times. Rushed.

Lost Odyssey is a awesome game, easily the best best JRPG on the system. although thats not saying much since the only other two even worth mentioning are rather mediocre.
Lost Odyssey is the first Japanese role playing game Ive actually been sucked into since final fantasy 10, its the final fantasy 11 that never was.

Playing Final Fantasy XII at the moment. I must say I didnt think Final Fantasy series have ever disspointed me this far. But Ive played about 1 hour and 45 minutes in the game and it hasnt picked up any pace yet. Ive got this feelings this wouldnt be as good as the previous entry in the series like FF7,8,9 and 10.;)

Phantasy Star Universe (offline) - just completed the Story mode, pretty good but I darent try the online for fear of losing all my social life

Armored Core 4 - good but Im new to the series and its a bit tough
Splinter Cell: Double Agent - excellent stealth
Lost Odyssey - just started playing this morning and Im really enjoying it. I normally have a terrible attention span but this RPG has drawn me in straight away
PGR4 - playing through all the new DLC, excellent new game modes and vehicles, although they werent kidding when they said Platinum Plus mode is only for the hardest of hardcore players, those requirements are bonkers
Warioware: Twisted - I just remembered I have this game... its far too awesome. Divider Conquer is possibly the greatest mini-game of all time

Playing Ninja Gaiden Black, i love some of the combos you can pull off on this game, the only downside is, when you get hit everything takes like a chunk of health and its even worse for the bosses

At the moment Im playing Haunting Ground(as usual), Resident Evil 4 and Clock Tower 3(!) Capcom makes the best games!
Ive bought Project Zero, Alone in the Dark and Devil may Cry today so I guess Im gonna start playing one of them later today. Havent decided which one yet...
Silent Hill Origins!!!!! The gameplay seems so much more structered and easier to control. It really is one of the better Silent Hills (it obviously beats SH4).

hm.. weird how I started playing/practicing MK at December in 2007 and already a Scorpion pro. (well.. MK has so few moves.. games like Tekken have way too many moves thats why being a Tekken fans takes some really long time of practice)
Im starting to think MK beats Tekken. it would be awesome if I could play only 1 fighting game which had Ling Xiaoyu from Tekken, Scorpion from MK, Mario from Smash Bros, Leona from King of Fighters, Xion from Bloody Roar, Talim from Soul Calibur 2 (NOT the slow version of Talim from SC3, I think they slowed down her moves in it because she was too good or something). it would SO make my favorite ever fighting game. like a mix of all my fav characters. -_- meh in my dreams.

no my girlfriend has also a live account for now but how can you log on for two people in gears of war must they have both an online account and not offline?

You need gold membership for online co-op. Just invite who ever you want when you start the game and it will automatically switch to co-op mode.
You can also have splt screen co-op. Just have both pads on and sign into your tags (you dont need to sign into LIVE) if you want achievements.

and Im getting very close to beat DMC4, my friend says he thinks its the best in series. with that case, wow.. filled with some bad-ass rides that its just pathetic.
aaaand Ultimate Mortal Kombat on my DS.. Im always up for some online MK. still, even if I think Im awesome with Scorpion, Ive died online like 40 times, and won 18 times. too much of MK no-lifes that I bet have been playing the 2D MK games since the early 90s

Yea dude Lost Odyssey is so great, im at the end of the game tryin to get 1000 gamerscore ( got 715 atm ). Also finished Army of Two 2 days ago. A very short game ( 6-8 hours ) but i ll play it more than once cause its alot of fun.

Never played the PS2 version but when i saw it 2nd hand on the 360 for œ20 i picked it up.
I am really enjoying it and finding it fun.

Not had much time to play games recently though...been busy sorting my life out.
Silent Hill Origins on my PSP.. its a really scary game, specially the basement with the long hallways. also it is one of the greatest story games Ive played on my PSP.
then Mortal Kombat Unchained which I bought a really long time ago, but havent been able to play it because my PSP was broken.. its really crappy with a story mode so badly made its unbelievable.. also youre character runs WAY too fast. I think it was meant to be laggy, but the city wasnt big enough so everything turned out too fast. but the main game, I had a hard time to get it just right, but now Im able to do all of Scorpions classic moves from MK1-4, I really hate how they always change the moves, and the toasty fatality with scorpion was easy to do in MK1, fine to do in MK2, really hard to do in MK3, dont even know the move in MK4. and Im playing a game which is one of now-on-days Mortal Kombat, its REALLY hard to play because they changed too many things. its good they made Ultimate Mortal Kombat for DS.

It is by far one of the best games in the series. Though i have to say that the ending is a bit abrupt and...a tad dissapointing. Though some of the unlockables are immense. :P
Agreed though on how scary it is...though i figured out that you can play the whole game without the torch on, and avoid almost every conflict.
Im going through the motions of playing Exteel at the moment but Im not to good at it.

Yep its the click and point adventure. I also have seen the copies of the Syberia II on the shelves, Ive also noticed the first title in some big electronic shops but lately theyve disappeared.
Although I might find a copy in a exchange shop where I usually turn my games after playing it & exchange my games with any other I like. ;)

My main problem is ignorance of some parents.
saw plenty of children inline with their parents demanding this and that and the bad language coming out of their mouths whilst the parents bent to the childs every demand .
If my children spoke to me like that they would get a smack and sent to bed.

Rogue Galaxy Just bought it today and played about 1 hour and something, the story does seem to resemble a bit from Final Fantasy XII (Which I havent finished yet) with different art style than FFXII and characters ;)

Im playing a bit blitzball atm i cant speak out the word of the game it would be a bit too much atm lol but before that ive played re4 3 times trou because i wanna get about 5 pieces of every treasure in the game expecially the crown whith jewels and catstatue ^^ and try differnt weapons my favorite handgun
is Red9 with stock it has a nice sound .
But one thing is really buggin me ive seen some video,s that people used a cheat too play as wesker trou the main game man that would be really cool too

GTA4 has a good story, its funny like always, a lot of details and an online mode. The graphics arent the best, but much better than all other gta s ( of course.. its next gen yet ^^ ). The cars r harder to drive, but ull get used to it after 2-3h. Auto-Aiming works well, so does the free aiming, blood animations r more realistic now, unlike in the other gta s. I think its the best gta so far, but u get the same gta feeling like on the other parts. Nothin really new , just another gta on next gen with a few better details and better gameplay.

Im doing Vlads missions now...you are right, same old GTA. Nothing majorily different...which is quite good really, because the formula for the series was pretty good from the start anyway.
What additions they have made seem quite good. But still, the driving is a fair bit different from previous titles...but i gather this is due to the new physics engine. The cars just seem less responsive when turning corners, but more responsive when actually turning around.
Oh, and the cops will arrest you over anything...I bumped inot one in my car, and was chased down and arrested...i think they should have created a fine system for the first wanted level. Would have made it better.

well, me.. as a MAN payed my Xbox Live for my money (unlike TZM) and Ive pretty much been playing Gears and Halo 3 online. these new now-on-days FPS are kinda LAME.. so Im rather gonna use my 360 for mostly XBLA games like how I play mostly VC games on my Wii. old-school will always beat new games.

I spend a fair amount of time at hers, and as she goes to Uni and im on my gap year, i dont see her most of the day if i stay at hers...so it gives me the chance to sit down and play some games away from home :P

been playing this... F-Zero GP Legend on my Gameboy Player.. this game is so friggin sweet, and I won it the first 2 days I got it.
also been playing Gears of War online and I could easily over-PWN Bondey :devil:
then also Halo 3, and while I played Halo 3 online Ive realized that Halo 3 is actually one of the worst online games ever made. its so bad. Id rather play Timesplitters Future Perfect on my PS2 than that. I gotta admit man, Halo 3 is so overrated. its an awful single player game and even WORSE online game.
then Ive also been playing Super Smash Bros Melee again, I just keep coming back to play it. specially with friends. and... actually Ive been playing it so much now because my friend keeps wanna play it.
AND!! ..Mortal Kombat 2, I SO BADLY cant wait to play Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 on my 360 online, I already can play it even portable on DS. but its like.. I enjoy the games so much more on my TV. thats why I play my Gameboy games on Gamecube. Id rather chill and hold the controller in a good way than having it close to my face (in a bad way compared to how I hold my PS2 controller to my face) and.. it pretty much hurts my arms.

This is really sad of me...but im playing Oblivion again, and im basically just spending hours on end leveling up my character. Essentially grinding.
The Staff of Everscamp is incredibly useful for this incase anybody wants to know. And even after youve completed the Staffs quest, you can still use it to your advantage.
As for GTA4, i havent touched it in days now. Still only on the first island, and just havent touched it. I think this may take me a while to complete. Good game, just not that into it yet. Although visiting the internet cafe and then going onto the peadophile website is highly entertaining.

its a wonderful shooter with great 4-player memories, my bro won it 100% but... cmon, it isnt THAT good. it was kick ass back in the day cause it was my first console shooting game I ever played (but did play loads of shooters on PC like Doom and Wolfenstein)
but Goldeneye completely disappeared (stopped playing it with friends, only played it rarely for a 2 player crouching hand slapping match with my bro) after I got F-Zero X and Duke Nukem 64. those 2 were the grand masters of classic 4 player fun.. on the N64. loads of other memories from PS1 too. but it sucks I never had Smash Bros 64.. only played it late at my friends house, then bought Melee, then played SSB64 on emulators. cant wait until it gets to VC because I really want to actually own this game.. and play it with my Classic controller because I love it.
anyway, been playing Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 SNES non-stop and really want the arcade game at XBLA.

Actually I havent played the first game in the series, its also hard to find it. But that doesnt mean I dont like point & click adventure games, I bought it well informed but the loading times just take out the experience, every room you enter, the screen stays stuck for 5-6 seconds & than moves on. Furthermore in a point & click games youve to swap rooms and look at your accesories very often so loading room times , accesories opening time & using the accesories can take quite handful of time and ruins the overall experience. Although im very close of finishing it, but after finishing it I might be doubtful of buying the first in the series.

woha.. 2 days ago I went over my video game list as I felt like winning some games again.. I usually pick RE2/Metroid Fusion.. but Ive missed Metroid Prime 2 as it was my first 3D Metroid experience ever. Im not enjoying it as it sucks.. but its refreshing going through it again.. also Im playing it on hard mode for some unlockable bonuses.. so its hopefully worth it.
EDIT: been playing Halo 3 with DJ England and Kai.. I was good at first, then got pwned badly and got really bored. and I hate my voice.. its so strong, and every time I try to speak its like Im sounding like a Duke Nukem-wannabe, but thats just how I sound when I speak english.
Currently playing Fable:The Lost Chapters on my laptop, I loved that game a while back, brings back good memories for me.
Ive been dropping in and out of GTA4, its light fun for me but it gets far too annoying when I cant do a mission and have nothing better to do ingame.
And lastly, DMC4 again, finally got to see the alternative ending and working on maxing out Dante and Nero, Sons Of Sparda mode is just plain annoying.
Im playing GTA4 because I got it June 1st and im already on 32%. Need to complete it as soon as possible.

Ive been dropping in and out of GTA4, its light fun for me but it gets far too annoying when I cant do a mission and have nothing better to do ingame.
And lastly, DMC4 again, finally got to see the alternative ending and working on maxing out Dante and Nero, Sons Of Sparda mode is just plain annoying.
well I want now complete the hole game and that is sometimes terrible!
now on dante must die mode god hell difficult! do you know on dante must die I had needed 1 golden orb and kuche!!!!!! 7 holy waters needed for beal! with the blue nimfs as nero playing!
plus the fact how the hell do you pass berial in stage 20 on palace??!!
GTA IV (PS3) yay just got the console and replying from it. game is cool so the machine XD

Im playing Halo 3, Call Of Duty 4 (PS3) and Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops Plus.. in MPO+, final mission, you kidding me? I barely played the game.. and Ive been playing the original MPO for a looong time and still havent won it.
then also with Halo 3 and Call Of Duty 4.. why am I good at COD4 while I suck at Halo? Ive been practicing Timesplitters on a PS2 controller for a long time and I believe thats why Im doing so good at it. but in Halo 3 Im always in last place... whhyyy.. Halo 3 aint even a normal FPS, its so unplayable thats I believe Halo 3 is all about luck.

Just completed GTA 4 after 9 days, now playing Battlefield: Bad Company demo. Awesome game. Definitely a rival for Call Of Duty 4.

Grandia - Loved it when I was younger and had some recommendations from some of these here people.
Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness - Youtube vids looked interesting and positive reviews. I havent played the original, so the fact that its pretty much a port doesnt bother me.
Super Paper Mario - might as well take a gander.

Theres lots of hidden stuff, it goes suprisingly deep, there are secret moves as well as hidden meanings to mission names.

for even example mission 1? what the hell is birds of a feather? yeah vogels van een veer I know what it is in dutch but must it not be feather of the bird (which means dante flying to the holyness when he shoots him?)
