Megaman X Command Mission Password vending machine

Now this game has been nearly out for five years in the PAL region and the passwords for the special vending machine still haven't shown up. Pretty sure the passwords for both NTSC versions were revealed quickly after the games release. Still, 5 years and nothing for PAL.

Is this once again Europe being shafted, or were the passwords simply removed and was it forgotten to also take out the machine itself?

Anyone know them after 5 years or anyone I should or could contact over this, to finally put this to rest after all these years?

Are they different? Actually a stupid question as this thread wouldn't exist if they were the same...

Well we Europeans don't get even half as many benefits as the US even though for some of us, all they have to do is change the region code as some of us speak English (for example, the Brits) but the problem is the fact that they would have to translate everything into various languages as they release things as PAL or rather Europe. This includes games, websites, guide books, etc.
