Street Fighter 4 Crashes by start

Hi

When i start t Street Fighter 4 PC with the Saitek Colour Rumble Pad (P580 i think) it crashes by start in Vista 32 Bit. I have installed the newest driver. When i do the pad out of the USB slot it starts ,but i cant play it with the Pad.

Do anyone know a answer of my problem???
