Hi Guys,

i got a big problem and i thaught maybe someone can help me here.

I contacted Capcom but they couldnt help me over weeks....

I sometimes get the error "8002A10F" on the Resident evil 5 ranking screen. I mean after the finished game in coop, mercenary or versus. So i mean the a-s rankings or the ranking after the versus game mode for instance.

Then i always have to pray not to get the error , because if i get it, my PS3 crashes.

Its not the fault of my router, because the router got exchanged and i still have the problem. I now use a cabel connection, ( before i used Wlan) i tried UPnP , RMZ, I opened ports ...my firewall is opened...so i dont know what to do now


Before i never had problems, even on versus and so on. But for 2 weeks, i get the problems, and its not getting better

And i dont have problems in other games..... so it must be the game somehow...

I have never had this problem

Best thing for you to do is email support with the problem you are having

I know you have said you have already tried, but sadly thats the only thing i can think off.
