I've been playing the PS3 version of BC for the past few days. I'm not very far, but I took the time to do a bit of exploring at one point, and found 3 references to Capcom games.
1 - Bionic Commando: Rearmed. This is referenced with a big REARMED poster littered around some areas, kind of like a movie poster.
2 - Dark Void. There are small posters around for this, like movie posters, with a picture of the main character against an orangey backdrop with the title below him.
3 - Resident Evil. There is a shop in some areas called STARS, with the A replaced with a star. I found this quite amusing.
Has anybody else noticed any other references.

Capcom Unity shows a Serve Bot from Megaman it is where you Disable the first Mine field look to the left as you are about to go down that street
Tricell is all over the place but you can see it where you first learn DFA look to the Buildings on the right

The TriCell ones are massive TZM, surprised you didn't notice. Being a massive RE fanboy I squealed with delight when I saw them =P

Agreed, though the shameless plugging of Pepsi is a bit annoying.
As for the Tricell posters...I'm shocked I didn't notice them, but I've spent most of my time just hitting people with my Bionic Arm.
But, interestingly...this technically means that Bionic Commando and Resident Evil are a part of the same Universe...Along with Dino Crisis.

I think if anything it's more like an alternate universe where Tricell(and possibly Umbrella) do honest trade rather than develop apocalypse-inducing viruses.
I think I've read that they're the same universe somewhere, though it could've just been speculation.

It wasnt Just Pepsi the Blue signs with the od shapped head in them is Alien Ware which is a PC Maker site where the PC's are Just for gaming the and are the best around TBH

Yeah, I also noticed Nokia and a few other things.
Pepsi is just the bleeding obvious one...
But did anyone notice that the flying Biomechs do a "hadoken" when they shoot at you? ;)
Not really a Capcom reference, but if you study the Ascension City Subway/Train Station Map, you'll notice that it's an exact copy of the Stockholm Metro.
There are several BC/BC:R nods, some of them are easy to find in multiplayer (if you study the levels), PiPiPi Security Alarms (ALAMS!) poster is a nice touch.
Plenty of billboards, posters and other easter eggs (go on an easter egg hunt and your head might explod from all the stuff they've tucked away in this game! Still not sure whether or not I've found all radios in the game, especially after finding a couple of non-visible ones in both single player and multiplayer)
