Unable to connect to friend in Resident Evil 5

Hi

I need some help for invite only co-op play on resident evil 5 for PS3

I have been able to join an online game and other people have joined me in game if co-op is set to open.

but if i set co-op to invite only then send my friend an invite it wont connect. if he does the same and invites me i cant connect to him we both get Communication Error. Connection Lost. i even tried leaving the co-op settings to open and sending an invite and it still wouldn't connect.

we have both forwarded our ports as mentioned in the sticky post. and i can play co-op with him on other games with no problems

I have a Linksys WRT54GS he as a Netgear WRG614v7 both have latest firmware.

Why wont it connect ?

Thats is strange.

All I can sugest is you and your freind to double check all your forwarded ports and if that fails email support at the following addy to see if they can come up with a salution.
