How to make you old ps1 game look better

And im not talking about the graphics but cd cover.
Since this is a creative thread, i want to show you how i improved my old ps1 game cartrige.

I recieved Resident evil from a ebay seller in a not so good condition. The disc is fine but the back cover isnt there and the front case is broken( dont know how replace it, it holds on tight). But i knew the damage before i bought it, i saw the photo. If you think im a madman cause i bought the game in so lousy condition, its because it was packet along with resi 2(btw condition of resi 2 is almost brand new)

1. I found a picture of the back cover

2. The picture was kinda ugly so i used photoshop to make it nicer

3. I resized the picture to fit the cartrige and printed it. Then i cut the back cover with scissors

4. The masterpiece is done, almost like the original

Why? I have the original one in front, why should i replace it with a home-made one?

Thats not fun, i had to find the pic, use photoshop, print it, cut it out and fit it in, i just did it for estetical purpose.

Original cover is always better than printed one

Yeh wouldn't it make more sense to keep the original back cover and just print off a replacement barcode to insert over the other when u place it in the case??

Look closely at it, it has marks of a felt pen.

And not just, see the left side? It was creased, i copied the right side and replaced the left side with it.

Read my first post, it wasnt just for replacing the barcode, it was because the back cover was missing.

Except the ean code, its perfect, no? Tell me what you think :D.

The photos look kinda ugly but the quality of the printed back cover is like original, you wouldnt tell the difference.

Yeh its a great job, practically just as good.

If you are looking for the real thing for the sake of competition, you should try a request for one on ebay's item request section. Someone out there is bound to have one laying around.

Yeah, i would pay 9 euros for cash transaction(dont own a creditcard) + shipping, the worlds most expensive cd cover :D
