Don't read dutch so if some one could do a translation it would be appreciated.
With Capcom's multiplatform stratergy i can see it in time coming to both PS3/PSN and 360/XBL

I do not believe it was ever suggested that there would not be a PSP iteration. It is their defining title upon the PSP, after all. I think the only thing that the PSP may lose out over is the size and scale of the world as it shall obviously continue to expand upon the home consoles.
Name of the magazine isn't mentioned anywhere, nor a source of where they found out. Anyway, here's a translation for the non-Dutchies:
Monster Hunter has been a well known series in Japan for years, but it's never managed to really break through in Europe and the United States. The constant hunting, collecting materials and making weapons and armor (400 hours is pretty constant in our books) is apperantly something they love in Japan. Several crew members have played these games to death as well and were incredibly happy to hear this news! Monster Hunter 3 might come out on the PlayStation 3 as well!
The fun all started with Monster Hunter and Monster Hunter 2 on the PlayStation 2. Both versions had an online part, allowing you to hunt dragons with up to 4 players. This was incredibly fun! But when the PSP's version Freedom was announced, some people inmediately got a smile on their faces. It was Monster Hunter Freedom's fault that you'd miss the buss because you were too occupied with killing Rathalos (a dragon in the game). After about 300 hours of playtime, Monster Hunter Freedom 2 was announced!
That smile soon became a cackle, because we'd get to play in the snow with even more dragons, this time! While the Japanese are already busy with Monster Hunter Freedom 2nd G we're left waiting for Unite to come out in Europe next year. But between all this fun, there was an unfortunate less-fun announcement. Monster Hunter 3 would apperantly only release on the Nintendo Wii. Tears quickly rose up on our faces and the words 'BETRAYAL!!' were fast to come out of our mouths. But today, we get to stop crying! Because Monster Hunter 3 might make it's way to the PlayStation 3!
In a foreign magazine, Capcom stated that Monster Hunter 3 isn't really a Wii exclusive. This wouldn't be so surprising, because every part in the Monster Hunter series has come out on one of Sony's consoles so far. Sadly enough this magazine was a translated one and it would be possible that it wasn't probably translated. Hopefully Capcom will soon confirm this rumor and we'll finally get to sleep on two ears.Biased like hell, if you ask me. Especially considering 3/4ths is just a fanboy's recap. But that's just me bitching around.
Oh, and I just did this in a couple of minutes. Don't blame me if there's silly grammar flaws.

Heh, you can say that again. Capcom are no more loyal to Sony than they are Nintendo, yet the writer of this article chooses to applaud Capcom's possible detachment from one while condemning the other.
rathalos be a wyvern not a dragon! it doesnt even look like a dragon, stupid non hunters
anyway i dont think this is anything new, there was always the possibility of it comming to other consoles

No. This is just daydreaming.
it has a chance. if they sell well on the wii they might think about a port. we just got to wait and see but it wont be any time soon and thats "if"
Last time I looked, MH Tri is for the Wii. ANd thats all they have planned.
Thou now that mhp2g has sold into 3mil mark. You never know what they will do. But i wouldnt expect it to get a port intill after its release in Summer/Fall 09' in Japan.
