Well that was what IGN said about Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective but that was before they got to review Okamiden. And going by the reviews that are beginning to pop up it’s looking like Okamiden could steal that title. Check it out:
Games Master – 91%
“Ōkamiden is great for loyal fans who want to see the lore develop… [but] if you haven’t played the first, though, then this is just as good an introduction to this captivating world.”
Edge – 8 out of 10

That’s a brilliant start!
Check out Chibiterasu swimming underwater as he takes on sub-aqua Boss, Astroidean, and uses a variety of brush strokes to destroy its tentacles!
There are many, many puzzles in Okamiden but by using the various brush techniques you will be able to over come them and continue to destroy the demons invading Nippon!
Shakuya: The spirit of the sacred tree, Konohana, and watches over Kamiki Village. She gives advice to Chibiterasu in an effort to save Nippon from the evil that has attacked the land once more.
Shiranui: The grandfather of Chibiterasu, an incinartion of Amaterasu, the sun-god-turned-wolf in Ōkami.
Issahku: The grandfather of Issun, he played a big roll in expelling Orochi over 100 years ago. Once the companion of Shiranui (the incarnation of Amaterasu at that time), he watched helplessly as Shiranui sacrificed himself for the sake of Nippon.
He’s a turtle, and self proclaimed world’s foremost thespian. But he’s in the way, so he must go down.
