Capcom Unity has the latest notes on the changes coming to Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition Ver. 2012. Here’s a few of Ryu’s changes:

Capcom Japan has been posting in the dev blog about the changes being made to each character in the up coming patch for Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition Ver.2012. Of course they were all in Japanese, but now Capcom Unity has got it all translated and it’s much easier to read. For example:
