Denjin!

Ryu’s Denjin Hadouken super in Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike might not be as popular as his Shinkuu-hadouken or the Shin-shoryuken, but it does make for a bit of higher level play due to its setups. It’s unblockable and you can charge it which leads to some guessing games for your opponent. Take a look at C-Royd’s video for a brilliant tutorial.
Spinning bird finger nail!

Bird finger? That doesn’t quite right, but then neither does thumb nail – it totally conjures up a different image… Anyway Maya Pixelskaya has painted this classic fight between Chun Li and Ryu on her thumb. It must have taken a lot of patience to do that. Check out her site for more art and fingers.
Resident Evil CODE: Veronica X now available!

In the survival horror based Resident Evil CODE: Veronica X, the year is 1998, three months since the total destruction of Raccoon City and Claire Redfield is still in search of her missing brother Chris. While investigating an Umbrella facility in Paris, Claire is captured and transported to the remote Rockfort Island, where an accident releases t-virus samples and B.O.W.s, thrusting Claire back into a twisted, frightening survival horror journey once again.
Resident Evil CODE: Veronica X is available on Xbox Live Games on Demand today, September 27th, and tomorrow 28th for PSN!

Capcom's at the EuroGamer Expo!

After last week’s GAMEfest in Birmingham we’re now at the EuroGamer Expo in London. And we’ve got a treat for everyone who stops by – the first UK appearance of Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3! With all the latest characters! The same can be said for Street Fighter x Tekken as the build we have has all the characters announced at the Tokyo Game Show. So come down and get your hands on Vergil, Iron Fist, Heihachi, Rolento, Zangief and Lili.

It’s been a while since we posted one of LiangHuBBB’s awesome compilation videos, but here’s a good one with lots of Street Fighter III and IV in it. What funny moments have you experienced in Street Fighter?
I remember a mate of mine was doing Akuma’s Shun Goku Satsu in III and managed to get the forward in as a parry, which then lead to instant death for another friend’s Hugo. Oh how we laughed! And oh how that guy cried. Actually you can see him play in this vid – check out his high level Hugo skills! With a pad!
Everyone could have been kung fu clowning

In an interview with ScrewAttack Seth Killian reveals a character that thankfully got left on the video game equivalent of the cutting room floor. Would a crazy ass kung fu clown have fitted in to Street Fighter IV? Probably, but sometimes things are best left undeveloped. Clowns are rubbish and kind of freaky.
